For couples, parents, and clients ready to name patterns and try something different.

How Spencer works

Spencer believes meaningful change begins with insight. As the first person in his family to attend therapy, he experienced the power of breaking generational patterns firsthand.

His accepting and warm therapeutic style is shaped by broad life experience, from serving as a Merchant Marine to navigating the challenges of solo parenting. He brings resilience, adaptation, and respect for the courage it takes to seek change into his work.

Spencer has a particular passion for working with teens and their parents. As a parent of teenagers himself, he understands the unique challenges of this life stage. He also names helping couples become closer as a specific strength.
